Compliance specialist Pentagon Assurance has successfully supported Newton Aycliffe based façade and rainscreen manufacturer BTS Fabrications through three ISO standards,in a bid to ensure its products and services meet the needs of customers and stakeholders while supporting their longer - term sustainability plans.

The contract has seen the South Shields firm providing advice and support in the successful recertification of ISO 14001 - Environmental Management and also support for BTS in achieving ISO 9001 - Quality Management and ISO 45001 - Occupational Health & Safety Management.

Pentagon offer a bespoke consultancy service and worked alongside BTS throughout 2022 and into 2023 to establish the precise needs of the business and then created and aligned a bespoke management system in line with the requirements of UKAS for a 3-year certification cycle. This cost-effective approach allows the team at BTS to focus their resources on key areas such as Quality and Sustainability.
