North East based compliance specialist Pentagon Assurance has announced the completion of its latest HSE notifiable CDM project, supporting AR Power as Principal Contractor & Principal Designer and BHK(UK) as client on a 1.3MW solar PV installation in Peterlee.

AR Power is an MCS accredited renewable energy company working in commercial markets, AR Power design, supply, and fit bespoke Solar PV and battery storage systems for businesses throughout the UK.

In September 2022 AR Power appointed Pentagon Assurance to support the management of the CDM project, which saw Pentagon Assurance support the complete project from pre-construction information, F10 Notification of Construction Project to HSE and onsite support throughout the schedule of works to final commissioning and completion of the Health and Safety file in February 2023. 

Pentagon provided assurance between client, contractor and stakeholders to ensure that the project was fully compliant in supporting the planning, management, monitoring, co-ordination and communication throughout the entire construction phase.  We are proud that the project was completed after 4000 hours of work with zero accidents and all lead indicators delivered.
