Director of Quality
Alan is our ISO Management Systems expert and has worked within a diverse range of industries and job roles, including Quality and Operations Management, Process Engineering and Business Improvement. He is well placed to ensure processes and procedures are developed to promote business improvement and supports this with a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management and Organisational Excellence and a degree in Management Studies. Alan enjoys supporting organisations in their pursuit of excellence and agrees that this can often be challenging and demanding but the rewards are all worthwhile.
Associate Director, Health, Safety, Environment & Security
David’s background is 35 years’ experience, with senior site and multi-site management roles in high-hazard manufacturing facilities in the UK and overseas. He brings sound science and engineering technical knowledge, experience in design and operation of manufacturing plant, qualifications in occupational health and safety, and environmental regulations and standards, expertise in process safety management, along with good communication and presentation skills. David’s interest is using his skill set and depth of experience with organisations that value HSE, and that believe in the wide-ranging benefits that a good HSE program can bring. He believes that it is possible to create effective but pragmatic HSE management systems that meet necessary requirements, raise HSE performance and change the way people work for the wider benefit of the business.
Health & Safety Advisor
Peter is a Health & Safety professional, with vast experience in helping North East businesses with their bespoke H&S requirements. Peter understands legal health and safety guidelines and is experienced in supporting businesses in achieving their goals in many industries, including manufacturing and engineering. Since joining Pentagon Assurance in 2021, Peter has been able to put his skills and experience to good use, garnering significant recognition with key clients.
QHSE Operations Coordinator
Iyvann brings over 20 years of experience of working in the construction and manufacturing industry. With a vast experience of implementation and maintenance of ISO Management Systems, Iyvann also supports clients through the process of achieving third party accreditations helping to ensure processes and procedures are developed to promote business improvement. In 2021 Iyvann achieved the NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety and utilises her skills in the day-to-day operations of our team across functions of ISO and Health and Safety systems.
Keith joined Pentagon Assurance in April 2023, new to the industry. Keith starts his journey as a QHSE Administrator on a modern apprenticeship with Tyne Coast College, having enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administration qualification which he aims to achieve within 18 months. While completing this qualification, Keith will be office-based supporting the team in their day-to-day roles. Keith says he is delighted to be part of the Pentagon team, and very excited to see what the future holds. Keith brings a vast experience of customer service, procurement, and sales to the business and will utilise this to support the long-term growth of the business.
